Through the Course, the trainees are provided the necessary knowledge and skills and are given the opportunity to develop the attitude towards becoming productive professional.

The first BT session for Batch 19 trainees was conducted on May 14, 2010 at NOVA ICT Training Center facilitated by Ariel Felix Ortilla, Nova Foundation Consultant, with the assistance of Lynn Garcia, Teacher/Sign Language Interpreter.

The trainees experienced going through a battery of intelligence, aptitude and psychological exams, which are typically administered to job applicants.
