April 25, 2006The Nova Foundation for Differently Abled Persons, Inc. in cooperation with OneMT E-Ventures, Inc. will be launching a pilot run on Distance Learning Project for Medical Transcription training. For this pilot run, 25 slots have been reserved for differently abled persons who will be facilitated by the Foundation.
We are seeking nominations from various PWD groups for the available slots to initiate this project. The following are the basic equipment and connectivity requirement for an availment in the project:
1. Own Personal Computer - Pentium 3 or higher version with at least 2 gigabytes memory with 1 gigabytes available memory for the program installation.
2. Head Set - for listening of Audio transcribed files
3. Internet access - DSL Internet connection for online education.
You may submit your nomination to The Nova Foundation ICT Training Center located at the Ground Floor, The Columbia Tower, Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City.
