The NOVA Foundation Abled Persons Inc., Alyansa ng may Kapasanang Pinoy (Akap-Pinoy), One MT and the Business Processing Association, Philippines (BPAP), in conjunction with e-TESDA and the National Council for the Welfare of Disabled Persons (NCWDP) ICT Sub-Committee and the National Computer Center is now accepting applicants for the On Line Medical Transcription Training Program. The training is designed specifically for disabled persons who are visually impaired (blind) and orthopedically impaired. This program is a pioneer in opening more avenues of employment opportunity especially for the visually impaired For those who wish to avail of the program, the general requirements are as follows:
- At least High School graduate
- Computer literate
- With own personal computer with internet access (but not a must. Program can be accessed thru TESDA certified internet cafes )
- Proficiency in oral written English.
- Certificate of Disability from Regional Council for the Welface of disabled Persons (RCWDP)

The training is designed specifically for disabled persons who are visually impaired (blind) and orthopedically impaired. This program is a pioneer in opening more avenues of employment opportunity especially for the visually impaired. For those who wish to avail of the program, the general requirements are as follows:
- At least High School graduate
- Proficiency in oral and written English
- Proficiency in computer operation
- Certificate of Disability from City/Municipality Social Welfare Development Office
