The Board of Trustees, the governing and policy making body, of ‘The NOVA Foundation’ is initially made up of the friends, relatives, associates, and industry partners of Mr. Manuel V. Agcaoili as organizing members and contributors. They are serving for the first 2 consecutive formative years.

The Board of Trustees is composed of prominent and respected individuals from the private business sector and/or government, who share a similar vision for the welfare of differently abled persons and the growth of information and communication technology in the country. A profile of the members is attached.

The operating officers of the Foundation are composed of its President and Chief Executive Officer, Manuel V. Agcaoili, its Treasurer, Josue A. Camba, and its Corporate Secretary, Ma. Carmen A. Oreña, appointed by the Board of Trustees. Directors for: Finance and Administration, Rodolfo D. Nolasco; Operations and Marketing, Patrick B. Agcaoili; and, Human Resource Development, Luther Alvin S. Jimenez comprise the Foundation’s Management team.

The Foundation shall be made up of individual and corporate members, with each member entitled to one vote in the general assembly. Those with disability, or members of their immediate families, whom the Foundation shall train and employ will all have to be ‘regular’ members, as a pre-requisite. The next set of Board of Trustees shall later be voted by the general membership for the 3rd operating year.
