Goals & Objectives

Goals

  • To be the premier training and educational vehicle for the career and personal advancement of differently abled persons, or members of their imme-diate families
  • To be one of the respected Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service providers within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) industry, that employ and/or subcontract to differently abled persons or members of their immediate families
  • To be the recognized provider of trained and competent differently abled persons for job placement with cooperating corporations and/or government agencies

Objectives

To realize the Foundation’s goals, its aim is to reach out to 1/2 of 1% or 2,000 over the next 7 years, through the attainment of the following near-term objectives:

  • To establish A Vocational-Technical Training Center for Persons with 'This' Ability that will provide and undertake a competency-based training and human resource development program for 270 beneficiaries for the first year, 400 beneficiaries each for the 2nd and 3rd years, with targets to be adjusted and refocused from the 4th to the 7th years
  • To expand the current level of data conversion and business processes outsourced services from the present 25 to 50 workstations by the 1st year, and to 100 workstations by the 2nd year to provide half-way in-house employment, and to serve as the sustainability mechanism for the continuity of programs
  • To create continuing public awareness of the disabled sector, in general, and corporate acceptance of the employability of trained and competent differently abled persons or qualified members of their immediate families, to pave the way for eventual integration into the mainstream workforce and/or the formation of work-at-home clusters for those who graduate from our training center \
  • To build-up, establish and maintain a wide membership, donor, and endowment base in furthering its cause for the welfare of differently abled persons, and in sustaining its training, employment / placement, and advocacy activities
