Status, Strengths and Competencies

The NOVA Foundation has accepted the transfer of the assets, personnel, existing contracts and goodwill from the NOVA Management Corporation, which had initiated the creation and establishment of its information technology division for the physically handicapped in 1994 as part of its corporate social responsibility. It has, so far, placed more than a 200 trained employees in cooperating corporations doing back-room encoding work.
